Meat tenderizers
For tenderizing various fresh meat products.
Especially used for tougher meat and meat with many sinews and fibers of the muscle.
The blades cut through the sinews and fibers of the muscle, making the meat more tender.
The "bite" improves, and the meat becomes easier to digest.
Cooking times are reduced, helping to retain meat juices and flavor better.
During marination, the marinade is absorbed more evenly and quickly into the meat.
For battering and breading, the "pick-up" can be increased.
Made of stainless steel 304 with a smooth, sandblasted finish.
Both the upper and lower shafts are equipped with a knife set, each containing 93 sharp blades.
The blades have a diameter of 80 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm.
Each blade has 17 sharp teeth, each 9 mm wide and 10 mm high.
The distance between the upper and lower shafts can be easily adjusted between 6 and 40 mm of free space.
Input and output via a grill belt.
Total machine length: 1.5 meters.
Both knife sets have variable speed by means of one frequency drive, up to 10 mtr./min For safety reasons the machine is executed with covers and safety switch. The machines are movable by means of four height adjustable wheels that pivot and lock.
Various models in widths of 400, 600 and 1000mm.
